1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our refund eligibility, cancellation procedures, and processing timelines for all AiAi Mastermind services offered by Insight to Impact LLC.

2. ONE-TIME PROGRAMS REFUND POLICY

2.1 Launch With You Program ($1,499)

Refund Eligibility Window: Refunds available ONLY BEFORE you access intellectual property or attend workshops.

Refund Available IF:

  • You have NOT logged into the course platform

  • You have NOT accessed any course materials, templates, or proprietary content

  • You have NOT attended any workshops (Preparation Workshop, Launch Workshop)

  • You have NOT downloaded any templates or resources

  • Request made within 30 days of purchase

NO REFUND IF:

  • You have accessed any course content (lifetime access courses, launch courses)

  • You have attended any workshop session (even partially)

  • You have downloaded battle-tested templates

  • You have received access to Mai Marketing Machine platform and logged in

  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase

Reason: Once you access our intellectual property (courses, templates, proprietary methodologies), we cannot "take back" that knowledge. These are our business secrets and competitive advantages.

2.2 Launch For You Program ($5,999 or $3,499 upsell)

Refund Eligibility Window: Refunds available ONLY BEFORE you access intellectual property or we begin installation work.

Refund Available IF:

  • You have NOT accessed any included course materials or templates

  • You have NOT attended any workshops

  • We have NOT begun installation of your Insurance Marketing Machine

  • We have NOT accessed your Google Ads account or created campaigns

  • We have NOT installed custom scripts

  • Request made within 30 days of purchase

NO REFUND IF:

  • You have accessed any intellectual property included in the program

  • We have begun Done For You installation work

  • We have accessed your accounts and started setup

  • We have conducted strategic coaching sessions

  • Custom work has been performed for your business

  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase

Reason: This program includes significant custom work and intellectual property. Once we begin installation or you access materials, substantial value has been delivered.

2.3 Workshop Programs

AI Rapid Results Workshop ($999 or $1,499 with team seats)

Refund Available:

  • Up to 7 days before scheduled workshop date

  • 100% refund minus 3-4% credit card processing fees

NO REFUND:

  • Within 7 days of workshop date

  • After attending workshop (even partially)

  • For no-shows without advance cancellation

Rescheduling: You may reschedule once up to 14 days before workshop date at no charge. Second reschedule subject to $150 administrative fee.

2.4 Digital Products ($47 courses)

Replace Ad Agency with AI ($47)
Get the AI Edge ($47)

Refund Eligibility:

  • Within 14 days of purchase

  • ONLY if you have NOT accessed the course content

  • Once you log in and access materials, no refund available

Reason: Digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed.

3. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Cancellation Notice Requirement

All Monthly Subscriptions Require 30 Days Advance Notice:

  • Insurance Marketing Machine Support ($299-$399/month)

  • AI Mastery Community ($299-$399/month)

  • Combined Membership - AI Edge for Agents Community ($499-$699/month)

3.2 How to Cancel

Method 1: Email

  • Send cancellation request to [email protected]

  • Include: Your name, email address, program name, last 4 digits of payment method

  • Subject line: "Cancellation Request - [Program Name]"

Method 2: Platform

  • Log into Mai Marketing Machine

  • Navigate to Settings > Billing

  • Click "Cancel Subscription"

  • Follow prompts to confirm cancellation

Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation of cancellation within 48 business hours.

3.3 Service End Date

Service continues until the end of your next billing cycle after 30-day notice period.

Example:

  • Billing date: 15th of each month

  • Cancellation date: September 5

  • 30-day notice period ends: October 5

  • Service continues through: October 15 (next billing cycle)

  • Final billing: October 15

  • Service ends: October 15

3.4 No Prorated Refunds

We do NOT provide prorated refunds for partial month usage. Once a billing cycle begins, you have access to services for the full cycle regardless of usage.

Example: If you cancel on September 20 but your billing cycle started September 15, you will NOT receive a refund for the unused portion. Service continues through next billing cycle.

4. COOKIE CONSENT AND MANAGEMENT

  • Your Google Ads campaigns remain in YOUR Google Ads account

  • Ads continue running if you keep them active

  • You maintain full control and ownership

What Stops:

  • Our AI optimization system stops adjusting your campaigns

  • We no longer monitor performance

  • No bid adjustments or improvements

  • No ad copy optimization

  • No strategic recommendations

Your Responsibility: You must manage campaigns yourself or hire another service. Without ongoing optimization, campaign performance typically declines.

5. REFUND PROCESSING PROCEDURES

5.1 How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and business name

  • Email address used for purchase

  • Program/service purchased

  • Date of purchase

  • Payment method (last 4 digits)

  • Reason for refund request

Step 2: Verification We verify:

  • Purchase history and payment status

  • Access logs (whether you accessed intellectual property)

  • Workshop attendance records

  • Service delivery status

  • Refund eligibility criteria met

Step 3: Review and Decision Keyssa Luna reviews request and determines eligibility based on this policy. Decision made within 48 business hours.

Step 4: Notification You receive email notification with:

  • Approval or denial decision

  • Reason for decision if denied

  • Refund amount (if approved)

  • Processing timeline

5.2 Refund Processing Timeline

Review Period: 48 business hours from request submission (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)

Approval to Refund Processing:

  • Credit card refunds: Processed within 2 business days after approval

  • Credit card refunds appear: 5-10 business days depending on card issuer

  • ACH refunds: Processed within 3 business days after approval

  • ACH refunds appear: 5-7 business days

Total Timeline: Most refunds complete within 7-14 days from initial request.

5.3 Refund Deductions

Credit Card Processing Fees: We deduct actual credit card processing fees from refunds (typically 3-4% of transaction amount).

Example:

  • Purchase amount: $1,499

  • Credit card processing fee: $52.47 (3.5%)

  • Refund issued: $1,446.53

Reason: Payment processors (Stripe) do not refund their fees when we issue refunds, so we pass this cost to the refund recipient.

No Other Deductions: We do not charge "restocking fees" or other penalties beyond actual processing fees.

6. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

6.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased services:

  1. Contact support immediately at [email protected]

  2. Allow us 5 business days to resolve the issue

  3. If we cannot resolve within 5 days, refund may be available

  4. Document all technical issues and support interactions

We are NOT responsible for issues caused by:

  • Your internet connection or computer problems

  • Third-party platform issues (Google, social media)

  • User error or failure to follow instructions

6.2 Medical or Emergency Situations

For documented medical emergencies or extreme hardship:

  • We will review on case-by-case basis

  • May offer extended access, credit, or partial refund

  • Not guaranteed; evaluated based on circumstances

6.3 Death or Incapacity

In case of death or permanent incapacity:

  • Provide death certificate or legal documentation

  • We will work with estate/representative on resolution

  • May offer prorated refund or cancellation without penalty

7. DENIED REFUND REQUESTS

Refund requests are typically denied if:

  • You have attended workshops

  • Substantial work has been delivered

  • You failed to complete prerequisites after 30 days

  • More than 30 days have passed (for one-time programs)

  • You violated terms of service

  • Request does not meet policy criteria

7.2 Appeal Process

If your refund request is denied and you believe the denial was in error:

8. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

IMPORTANT: Before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company, contact us at [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

8.2 Chargeback Consequences

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us:

  • We will contest the chargeback with full documentation

  • Your account will be immediately suspended

  • All access to platforms and materials will be terminated

  • You may be liable for chargeback fees ($25-$50)

  • Future services may be denied

  • Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent chargebacks

8.3 Legitimate Chargebacks

We do NOT contest chargebacks for:

  • Unauthorized transactions

  • Billing errors we acknowledge

  • Technical issues preventing service delivery we cannot resolve

8.4 Fraudulent Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after:

  • Accessing intellectual property

  • Receiving services

  • Attending workshops

  • Completing programs

May be considered fraud. We reserve the right to:

  • Report fraud to payment processors

  • Pursue legal action

  • Seek recovery of costs, fees, and damages

9. FTC CLICK-TO-CANCEL COMPLIANCE

This policy complies with FTC Click-to-Cancel Rule (effective April 2024) requiring:

Simple Cancellation: Cancellation is as easy as signup

  • Online cancellation available through Mai Marketing Machine platform

  • No phone call required (though available)

  • No lengthy surveys or retention attempts

  • No "dark patterns" or obstacles

Clear Disclosure: Subscription terms clearly disclosed at purchase

  • Monthly billing amount stated

  • 30-day cancellation notice requirement explained

  • Auto-renewal clearly indicated

  • Cancellation process described

Immediate Processing: Cancellation processed promptly

  • No delays or requests to reconsider required

  • Service continues through paid period

Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date of changes. Previous purchases remain subject to the policy in effect at time of purchase.
